I feel like I should say this rather up front: If you are the kind of person who needs specific, detailed and precise instructions when cooking (for example, seeing a recipe call for a dollop or handful makes you twitch), this is probably not the website for you. I try my best to provide as concise instructions as I can, but the fact of the matter is that when I cook I rarely measure, rarely follow the same procedure and almost never make something exactly the same way twice. If you are absolutely enamoured of a recipe but need more instructions, contact me and I will attempt to provide less lackadaisical measurements/methods. No guarantees though.


Menus
You will have noticed there is a Current Menu listed. The Mister and I live an hour away from a decent grocery store, so I spend a considerable amount of time planning menus so that we will not only have everything we need to cook with, but also to limit waste.

My menus actually run for 2 week periods, but are only posted for 1 week, so you may notice every other week has a varying amount of fresh produce or frozen/heartier produce. I still do the best I can to make sure there's lots of goodness involved.

Each weekly menu consists of 7 supper meals, and 2 brunch meals for the weekend. Because I heart brunch.

Not all the meals listed on menus are available as posted recipes, but I'm working on it =]


Fonts and Layout
If you use internet explorer, it's possible (and probable) that you can see the proper title text, but not the font I chose for the main body text. Internet Explorer does not like it. But since I use Firefox, it is coded to work with firefox. All the information is still here for Internet Explorer users, though it may have some layout oddities and just doesn't look as cool =P
