Nutritional Information:

I am not a doctor, nutritionist, science geek or any other profession that would give this information any kind of factual integrity. I obtain the information by checking the calories and nutrition of the separate elements of a recipe and then dividing by serving portion. I use this information for myself to track calories and nutrition and will always strive to have it as accurate as possible. That being said, you rely on it solely at your own risk.


Photographs:

All photographs on this blog belong to me. They may not be pretty, or professional, but they are mine. They are an accurate depiction of the food as it was immediately befored being gourmandized. Please ask permission before using one of my photographs. Chances are excellent the answer will be "knock yourself out", but I still like to be asked first. =]


Recipes:

Here's how this works ladies and gents. I think the concept of copyrighting a recipe is a crock, straight up. That being said, if I follow a recipe even remotely closely to the way it was written, I will always provide the origin of the recipe. However, most often I change so many things as I go along that a recipe is only barely (and frequently not at all) recognizable as the one I started with. At that point, it has become mine and there will be no attribution. Recipes I've completely pulled out of my head on whimsical, experimental afternoons will not have origins either. Similarities between unattributed recipes and ones posted elsewhere on the internets are purely coincidental.


Brand Names:

Any particular products or brand names that are mentioned are brought up simply because I like them, enjoy using them, or am trying to provide an example of a recipe ingredient. I have not been given samples or compensated in any way to hype someone's products unless expressly stated. Like that would happen. I think you need more than 3 readers for people to send you free crap. LoL.
